cancellations & refunds for holiday items are only available if processed more than 72 hours in advance of the chosen pick up window. please contact us via email.

can i order multiple?
yes! order as many as you would like. popper contents are designed with one recipient in mind.
WHere do i pick up?
holiday items are local pick up only in wendell, nc. we do not currently offer shipping options for holiday items.
when can i pick up?
you will choose from the available pick up windows on your order form.
HOW tall are the bunnies?
Three feet (36")
do i provide my own elf?
you can! Or if this is your first year doing elf on the shelf, we can provide the elf for an additional fee.
