How is the Bubble House secured?
We follow the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC) protocols for staking/anchoring inflatables and use high quality, durable equipment to keep our bubble house secured to the ground.

Is your company insured?
Being insured is priority for our business! As a mom-owned business, we value safety and it is our top priority when renting to our clients. Genlo, LLC. is fully insured to provide Bubble House rentals. This includes for public events and parks.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your event date. Deposit can be applied to a future booking.

HOW BIG IS THE BUBBLE HOUSE?
THE BUBBLE HOUSE IS BIG AND FUN! IT CAN FIT BOTH KIDS AND ADULTS! IT MEASURES 16L X 10W X 7.5H / 10FT DIAMETER

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY RESERVATION?
EACH RESERVATION INCLUDES A four- HOUR RENTAL PERIOD, DETAILED SET UP, entry 12' balloon garland, 100+ INTERIOR BALLOONS (UP TO 3 STANDARD COLORS), BLOWER & EXTENSION CORD, AND FREE DELIVERY UP TO 10 MILES (FROM 27591).

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE INSIDE THE BUBBLE HOUSE AT ONCE?
THE BUBBLE HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE A WEIGHT LIMIT; HOWEVER, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT NO MORE THAN 4-5 CHILDREN/ADULTS GO INSIDE AT ONE TIME.

WHICH SURFACES WORK BEST FOR SETUP?
SETUPS CAN BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS ON ANY LEVEL SURFACE THAT INCLUDES GRASS, TURF, CONCRETE, ASPHALT, CEMENT, PAVERS, AND SPORT COURTS. WE CANNOT SETUP ON GRAVEL/ROCKS, ON/NEAR DIRT OR UNEVEN SURFACES.
